Our high precision Halcon calibration targets on ceramic are mainly for machine vision and image measurement, 3D reconstruction application,to calibrate industrial lens, fix the conversion relationship between physical size and pixels, and greatly improve the detection and measurement accuracy.

This Hacon Calibration targets on ceramic are with the Halcon featured pattern,laser printing on ceramic substrate,we offer different ceramic calibration targets according to the lens field of view.Please select the plate dimension,chart size, grid array, dot size ,circle distance according to the lens FOV that can calibrate the imaging system best.

Halcon suggest the Halcon test target should be smaller than lens FOV and larger than 1 / 4 of the FOV,to make sure calibrating perfectly.

Custom Halcon calibration targets:

The ceramic have mass ceramic and glossy ceramic for options,glossy ceramic targets have better accuracy but higher cost.

The ceramic substrate advantage is

1, Small thermal expansion coeff

2, High strength, high hardness, good wear resistance, low thermal conductivity, good acid and alkaline resistance, etc.

3, Its good surface diffuse reflection treatment solves the problem of reflection of glass calibration plate under the condition of front light source in the application process, and can better identify the pattern details of calibration plate to achieve higher calibration accuracy and measurement accuracy.

Since the low reflective,so it is suitable for front light environment, The disadvantage is the cost higher than glass targets.

The ceramic plate can be more thin to 0.38mm,laser cutting process can make hole, corner on the ceramic plate,and also can make the test plate in different shape such as round,oval etc.
